As one of the prominent public spaces for community, Mosque is considered high energy consumption buildings. Many modern mosques are designed and built without respecting contextual environment, resulting in a non-environmental friendly Mosque. In Malaysia, operating cost majorly relying on funds, statistically specifically electricity usage. Due to use air conditioners cooling down huge prayer hall due design consideration. Hence, it crucial justify sustainable approaches develop environmentally mosques. On other side, mosque important as monumental Islamic symbols that shall manifest Islam's values philosophies towards benefits 'Alam' (world). The main objective this study analyze principles methods attaining attributes design. It systematically reviews existing publications discover concepts, definitions, issues regarding approach-es Based conducted reviews, strategies suggested at end paper. can some renewable technologies save be concerned about climate condition its Furthermore, also materials, natural ventilation daylighting provide good indoor quality social life Muslim's religious activities.
